Final Thoughts
We like the Corsair Force Series MP500 240GB M.2 NVMe SSD for its raw mind-numbing speed and the only way we could like it more would be in the 480GB model. The 240GB model is great for a boot drive and your most used programs and most played games but a bit tight to be used as the solitary drive in your system. That 240GB of space relegates it to a primary boot drive with a backup data drive but at the (which is sure to drop eventually) price there’s really nothing not to like about the MP500. Corsair made a bold move waiting for the  Phison PS5007-E7 controllers firmware to mature to 2.1 and that patience paid off in one of the highest performing NVME SSDs out there.
The speed and technology packed into this little sliver of a drive will forever spoil you to blazing speed, lower wait times and games that flow effortlessly onto your screen. If you in the group that says “My platter drive is fast enough” you have one of two paths to follow. Never, ever put hands on a machine with the Corsair Force Series MP500 240GB M.2 NVMe SSD or go buy one and learn your platter drive really isn’t fast enough.
We would wholeheartedly say for that small price of go grab yourself a Corsair Force Series MP500 240GB M.2 NVMe SSD and move from the distant past into the future of computer storage!
