Pivos once again showed up with a device easily capable to meet the needs as a multimedia box, online streaming engine or pretty much anything else you may do on a standard tablet but now can enjoy on the big screen.

The price point is spot on to be a great deal for anyone looking to stream Netflix, Hulu or even just youtube dirtect from their internet connection without the need of dealing with more complicated wireless streaming from phones or tablet based devices.

If you have movies saved on a PC or even home storage connected to your network the Xios XS can play all fo your media directly to your TV or connected display and make it the same as any other set top box.

The issues I found with the XS would be the remote range being quite lacking and also the included power cable being pretty short. Since the device comes with an AC power adapter Pivos is assuming you have a wall outlet pretty close by so be prepared for that or have a good quality longer cable ready to fill the position.
