Conclusion
Func has created a clean and nice mechanical keyboard. By using the red Cherry MX switch they have a relatively quiet keyboard that does not need a lot of force to use. It is also has a nice clean look without a lot of that extra keys that you sometimes see on keyboards (I am looking at you Steelseries APEX). In fact, we would not have anything against seeing a 10keyless-version of this in the future. 10keyless means that you do not get the numpad. Func could have put a row of macro-keys on the left side though since it would be nice having to sacrifice keys for macros.
The keyboard also has a very nice feel to it when typing. It always takes some time to get used to a mechanical keyboard, especially if you like me work on a Mac Book Pro at work, but I was typing away at it in no time.
Another nice feature of this keyboard is the price. At 699 SEK (Sweden) and around 80 Pound (UK) it is much cheaper than most other mechanical keyboards. We haven’t found it in any US store yet so we cannot give a price there but it will certainly be priced well there too.
The Func KB-460 gets a well deserved Bjorn3D Seal of Approval for price, features and performance.
