Nvidia introduces the GeForce 800M lineup for Laptops.

Nvidia has released information about their new mobile chips in the GeForce 800M-lineup. These chips both come in the form of Kepler and Maxwell-based GPU’s but even the Kepler-based GPU’s will have some new cool features like Battery Boost which is a software/hardware feature that allows the machine to drop the frequencies of parts so that you get decent performance while the battery time is improved a lot. The idea is that while you today can get great performance while you have the laptop hooked up to the wall it usually either offers like 1 hour of battery time when playing untethered. The idea with Battery Boost is that you will trade some performance for a lot more battery time.
