OCZ updated the Deneva 2, the enterprise SSD, with 19 nm toggle NAND flash. The Deneva 2 uses LSI SandForce SF-2281 controller and will come in three capacity: 120GB, 240GB, and 480GB. It is rated to have up to 550 MB/s read, 520 MB/s write, 45,000 IOPS 4K random read, and 34,000 IOPS 4K random write. The new Deneva 2 includes advanced features such as data fail recovery, intelligent block management, wear leveling and robust error correction. The new model also has lower power consumption.
